Exchange email profile

I have an exchange email server and some users cannot login on their email accounts but on the (Their)same machine I can login with my account profile?

Please assist with a solution but also our server is running out of disk space on the exchange disk.

problem with email

Hello,

I can not access my email account The email address are biotic@heartoftn.net and beth.alt@heartoftn.net. The error message is: Sending password did not succeed. Mail server mail.heartoft.net responded: user biotic domain: heartoftn.net,-ERR biotic@heartoftn.net password wrong or invalid user.

Problem sending email with attachment.

I tired to send an email with a lengthy attachment via Internet Explorer but it would not fly.  I received this message.  Can you explain what happened:
 
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
 
The rejected e-mail address was 'rejoshaw2003@yahoo.com'. Subject 'West family', Account: 'mail.heartoftn.net', Server: 'mail.heartoftn.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Relaying is not allowed on this Server! - 208.100.225.192', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
 
This has happend several times.

Support: The IP address 208.100.225.192 is not one of our addresses and may not send email through our servers. Check your email settings. Set SMTP server to authenticate and then it should allow you to send email from any IP address. (11/24/09)

Activity Log

I have a dial-up connection and I have forgotten where to go to disable constantly being connected to internet.  I do not want to go over monthly alloted hours.  Any help would be appreciated.

Support: Your connection should not dial up as long as your Web Browser is closed and your email program is closed. If you open either of these programs the dial up connection should prompt you unless you have it set for automatic. If you need more help, just give us a ring and we will walk you through a new dial up configuration. Thanks (07/15/09)
