How do I check the number of hours of usage on my internet account?

Problem sending email with attachment.

I tired to send an email with a lengthy attachment via Internet Explorer but it would not fly. I received this message. Can you explain what happened:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'rejoshaw2003@yahoo.com'. Subject 'West family', Account: 'mail.heartoftn.net', Server: 'mail.heartoftn.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Relaying is not allowed on this Server! - 208.100.225.192', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

This has happend several times.

Support: The IP address 208.100.225.192 is not one of our addresses and may not send email through our servers. Check your email settings. Set SMTP server to authenticate and then it should allow you to send email from any IP address. (11/24/09)

Activity Log

I have a dial-up connection and I have forgotten where to go to disable constantly being connected to internet. I do not want to go over monthly alloted hours. Any help would be appreciated.

Support: Your connection should not dial up as long as your Web Browser is closed and your email program is closed. If you open either of these programs the dial up connection should prompt you unless you have it set for automatic. If you need more help, just give us a ring and we will walk you through a new dial up configuration. Thanks (07/15/09)

trouble getting club newsletter.

I get everything else sent to me from this guy, but twice have failed to get the PDF file newsletter.

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 relaying blocked, read new mail, add 74.125.44.29 to forwarding or enable smtp authentication in yo (state 14).

how to fix?

Support: If you do a Google search for "Google tried to deliver your message", you will find thousands of reports on how GMAIL fails to send mail to other servers as well. gmail.com has a problem. Most reports that gmail.com is rejected by all hotmail accounts etc. We have tried to open our ports to help this problem but not all gmail fails.
