			  <p><b>Support:</b> Your connection should not dial up as long as your Web Browser is closed and your email program is closed. If you open either of these programs the dial up connection should prompt you unless you have it set for automatic. If you need more help, just give us a ring and we will walk you through a new dial up configuration.

I get everything else sent to me from this guy, but twice have failed
to get the PDF file newsletter. <br><br>
Technical details of permanent failure:<br>
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the
recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for
further information about the cause of this error. The error that the
other server returned was: 550 550 relaying blocked, read new mail, add
74.125.44.29 to forwarding or enable smtp authentication in yo (state
14).<br>

deliver your message", you will find thousands of reports on how GMAIL fails to 
send mail to other servers as well. gmail.com has a problem. Most reports that 
gmail.com is rejected by all hotmail accounts etc. We have tried to open our 
ports to help this problem but not all gmail fails.<BR>
