Trouble receiving email
For a few days now every time I open my Outlook
Express It automatically receives my email. The problem is it receives the same
emails over and over again numerous times and shows now that I am up to 40
emails but it gets bogged down or blocked at #19 and will not go any
farther. Is there any way you can go in and fix this problem even if you have to
destroy the "#19" email. My Outlook Express is useless to me right now and
has been for 5 days now. All help appreciated..

Support: Yes, many times a email may hang up while your email packet is being downloaded. Since it did not complete the download the same messages are sent again until the download is successful. The best way to fix this problem is to login to our Webmail program from our home page.
You can then delete the bad email or any others on the server. When you finish go back to your email program, Outlook Express and all the mail should pass onto your system. (01/15/07)
